Typically delivered between 5-9 business days after shipping from our studio in Brooklyn, NY.

All orders being shipped within New York will pay sales tax based on state and county. Residents of other US states are not subject to taxes on their purchase.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority Freight.

Please contact us for more information about the import duties and taxes for your purchase. These are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. We are not responsible for customs delays and transit times provided by FedEx are not necessarily guaranteed.

Returns

Goods can be returned within 7 days of delivery to redeem a full discount or replacement. Please email us at info@hatori.house to receive your return label. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirmation. Credit will be seen on your card in 2 - 3 days.
